Booking and Pricing 
• The client acknowledges and understands the photographer’s style and agrees not to compare the final products directly with other wedding photos, acknowledging that variables such as on-site personnel, venues, and lighting affect the photographic outcome.
• Once the client has paid and agreed to the Zest Studio package, the package price is final (not eligible for discount).
• A deposit 50% of full payment is required for booking. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the first event date.
• Outstation charges and accommodation are to be advised by Zest Studio
• The client must ensure that all important information, such as the event schedule, is communicated to the photographer in a timely manner.
• The client will provide a hot meal for the photographer/videographer after first march in to ensure that the photographer can provide the best service possible. (Dinner Only)

Cancellation and Rescheduling 
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The deposit will be kept by Zest Studio if the event is postponed.
• The postponed/new date must be informed as soon as possible. If the event is canceled due to the unavailability of the photographer/videographer on the new date, a 50% refund of the deposit will be provided.
• Any date changes must be informed as soon as possible due to the availability of the photographer/videographer. If the previously selected photographer/videographer is not available on the new date, another photographer/videographer meeting Zest Studio's standards will be sent.
• If the client wants to downgrade the agreed package, the previously booked package will be canceled, and the client must follow the newest Zest Studio package.

Responsibility, Liability & Accidents
• The photographer/videographer reserves the right to refuse any photography requests that may cause personal injury or are illegal, such as shooting from a moving vehicle.
• In case of accidents/injury, natural disaster, violence, or death to Zest Studio's photographer/videographer, or any other uncontrollable factors during travel to the event location, Zest Studio will try to find a replacement. If no replacement is available, Zest Studio will refund the payment made by the client.
• Zest Studio is not responsible for any lateness of photographers/videographers due to incomplete addresses, wrong information, or last-minute changes that cause photographers/videographers to be unable to locate the event location.
• If any accidents or deaths occur during the outdoor photoshoot session not caused by the photographers/videographers' mistakes while traveling to the outdoor location or at the outdoor location, Zest Studio is not responsible.
• Zest Studio is not responsible if photographers/videographers fail to capture pictures during the event if the client does not provide information regarding who must be included in the photoshoot.
• If something beyond Zest Studio's control occurs (e.g., lost memory card, stolen equipment, camera failure, storage system and backup system failure or theft), Zest Studio will refund the payment made by the client. However, Zest Studio will not be responsible for the photos/videos already given to the client during product collection. Zest Studio will keep the raw photos and videos for 14 days from the date of product collection by the client.

Working Hours
• Time coverage for events is based on the quoted package.
• If the client needs additional time, Zest Studio will charge a minimum fee of RM200 per hour (subject to changes).
• If the event's duration, which was scheduled earlier, is delayed without informing Zest Studio beforehand and photographers/videographers are already on location, Zest Studio will charge extra working hours at RM200 per hour.
• Photographers/videographers have sessions scheduled for them. If the event is postponed to a later time and photographers/videographers need to be available at another event, Zest Studio reserves the right to change photographers/videographers for the client's event.

Final Product
• Photo Highlights with color graded will be delivered to client within 3 working days from the date of event.
• ALL photo will be color graded and given to the client 3-4 weeks after the event based on the quoted package.
• Only color-graded photos will be delivered to the client. Raw, unedited photos will not be provided under any circumstances.
• Once photos are delivered, the client is responsible for their storage. The photographer will keep a backup of the photos for three months at no cost, after which Zest Studio will no longer be obligated to store the photos.
• If the client is dissatisfied with the photos, they must inform the photographer within two weeks of receiving the photos.

Posting / Copyright
• The client acknowledges that Zest Studio is the author of the image(s) and the sole owner of all copyrights, which remain the exclusive property of Zest Studio.
• The client hereby allows Zest Studio to display any photography from their event and generally promote the business in advertising, websites, social media, etc.
